THE HOUSE

BUILT FOR
THE WORK.

No rows of machines for the sake of filling space. No distractions competing for your attention. Just the room, equipment and environment serious training requires.

THE ENVIRONMENT

EVERYTHING
HERE
HAS A REASON.

The House wasn’t designed around how much equipment we could fit inside it. It was built around what needs to happen between the walls.
Strength needs stable ground. Conditioning needs room to move. Coaching needs space to see the work clearly.
So the floor stays open where it should. Equipment sits where it earns its place. Training zones have enough separation to work without cutting the room into pieces.

Nothing added just to look impressive. Nothing missing when it’s time to train.

THE TRAINING FLOOR

WHAT THE WORK
CALLS FOR.

Different work asks different things from a room. The floor is arranged to give each of them what they need without separating training into disconnected spaces.

STRENGTH

ROOM TO GET STRONGER.

Racks, platforms, benches, barbells, dumbbells and free weights form the foundation of the floor. Enough equipment to train seriously. Enough space around it to set up properly, move safely and coach without working around a crowded room.

CONDITIONING

SPACE TO BUILD CAPACITY.

Conditioning needs more than a machine in a corner. The House leaves room for sustained work, loaded carries, sleds and the equipment needed to build an engine that holds up.

SLEDS · BIKES · ROWERS · CARRIES · OPEN FLOOR

MOVEMENT

ROOM BEFORE THE LOAD.

Open floor space gives preparation, mobility and movement work somewhere to happen properly — without squeezing it between racks or treating it as an afterthought.

BEYOND THE FLOOR

THE THINGS AROUND
THE TRAINING MATTER TOO.

The work happens on the floor. Everything around it should make getting in, training and getting on with your day simpler.

CHANGING ROOMS

CHANGE. STORE. TRAIN.

Clean changing facilities and secure storage give you somewhere to leave what you don’t need on the floor.

RECOVERY AREA

A PLACE TO COME DOWN.

A dedicated area away from the main training floor gives you room to reset after the work before heading back into the day.

WATER STATION

REFILL. GET BACK TO IT.

Easy access to filtered drinking water keeps the practical part simple. Bring your bottle and refill when you need it.
