This policy explains the information the FORGE case-study website may process when you use its account, profile, scheduling and booking features.

Information you may provide

• Account information such as your name, email address and password used for WordPress account access.
• Optional profile information you choose to add.
• Session, booking, cancellation and membership-related information generated by your use of the demonstration application.

Technical information and cookies

WordPress and the web server may process technical information needed to deliver the site, maintain security and keep an authenticated session working. Cookies may be used for login and normal website functionality.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, display profile and membership-related states, manage demonstrated session bookings, protect the website and respond to support requests. The application is not designed to sell or share personal information.

Payment information

FORGE currently operates as a case-study website. New payment processing is disabled. Demonstration payment fields remain only in the current browser page and are not sent to Paystack, PMPro, WordPress, analytics, logs or storage. Do not enter real card information.

Third-party services

The site uses WordPress and may use installed membership or payment-related software to display existing case-study records. The payment provider is not contacted for new case-study payment actions.

Security, retention and deletion

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the application. Information is retained only as needed for the site and its demonstrated account functionality. Where account deletion is available, it is subject to safeguards where membership, payment or booking records require reconciliation.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account through the FORGE contact page. Some records may need to be retained where necessary for security, administration or legal obligations.
